Last Modified Messages

I think every website should have a 'Last Modified' date. One needs to know how old the data is. I have seen sites that are several years old with very dated information. Without a 'Last Modified' date you can only guess at the validity of the data. If you have a webpage make sure it has a 'Last Modified' date. Try to keep it up to date.
